Recently I asked about this and received an answer about it, but I checked the u-ziq hyperreal discog recently and formed new doubts. Is Diesel M just another moniker for Mike P.? Recently I thought he only did some remixes on this EP, and even THOSE don't sound much like him (Tusken Raiders, if anything), but in the latest issue of Future Music, they state the M is for Multiple EP entirely as one of his, not one of his remixes. I got out the 12" and took a closer look and listen at it, and found something I didn't notice: the tracks. A: Diesel Original Mix M-Ziq Mix AA: Seagull Mix Mango 'n' Vectif Originally I thought the remixes were M-Ziq and Mango n Vectif, but the latter doesn't say it's a mix--i.e. it's a whole new track. This isn't exactly rare for Mike P. to do this, either. Plus that track doesn't sound like a mix of the others at all. So what's the story? Someone mailed me that Diesel M was it's own separate artist, but again, I have doubts. Please email me with definitive info, not speculation. That's my job. ; ) Andrew
